I was somewhat nervous getting a realtor after hearing some unencouraging stories from friends and family. However, I struck gold when I paired up with Treena! I was looking to purchase my first home and knew absolutely nothing but Treena took the time to explain all the inner workings of the real estate market to me. She was understanding of all my wants and dislikes and was very detailed in finding listings that matched my criteria. As well she provided some lovely options I hadn’t even considered. She was extremely helpful in keeping me away from bad properties and was thorough in explaining to me what to watch out for. After an extensive search I was able to find a house that I loved and was 100% confident in putting an offer in on. Treena was quick and responsive in dealing with the seller’s realtor. With her knowledge and experience she was able to negotiate a more than acceptable price that ended up being substantially lower than what I had set as a cap for myself. Her amazing personality paired with her unmatched expertise in the real estate market makes her one of the best! I am currently living in the house of my dreams because of her! Thank you Treena!
