Michelle is FANTASTIC and you NEED to hire her for your buying/selling needs! That's all you need to know! :) I've been friends with Michelle most of my life, so when my husband and I were ready to sell our townhouse after moving to Saskatoon, it was really a no brainer that we would use someone I have known my whole life and trust wholeheartedly. I knew before getting started that we would have a fantastic experience with Michelle, but we got more than that, our experience from start to finish was nothing short of phenomenal. Our place had been rented for a year prior to us listing and after that AND us living there for 7 years, it needed a few extra touches to make it show perfectly. Being 5 hours away, this was stressful as it wasn't easy for us to just pop over to let contractors in/check work, etc. Michelle looked after and coordinated everything, from painters, someone to fix up a bit of flooring and an ozone treatment and through referrals from her, we got a little discount on all this, which was a very welcome surprise! After a little bit of work, the place was in pristine condition and ready to list! We sold in 3 days! Communication back and forth on negotiations was so quick and efficient and had our stress levels of owning a house we didn't live in for a long period of time quickly faded! Again, being 5 hours away we were worried about Lawyers and how we would deal with them, but she recommended great lawyers who we could do everything online with, they were a great price and very easy to deal with. DocuSign made everything easy to complete on our end and the sale went through with no issues. I recommend Michelle to anyone I know in Edmonton looking to buy or sell a home and will absolutely use her if we ever move back! Hire Michelle, you will NOT be disappointed!!
