★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel really bad for the owners of some of these rental houses. They allow these realtors to rent out there properties and treat people like garbage and misguide them. Stay away from Brad, and for future people who hire these people - be more involved with the process. Being misguided and treating people like worthless trash on the phone and lying to people is wrong and unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had tried three realtors before Dana Bradley and weren't happy with the service they were able to provide. Dana always went over and above and was well supported with the experience of her brother Todd. She steered us clear of "lemon" houses and always had our best interests in mind. She helped us make an offer on a house that had been on the market for only a couple of hours (with no listing agent named) while she was on vacation out of the country. If that is not exceptional service, I don't know what is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a lower star I would. Denny Ly is by far the worst realtor I have ever seen. I would not recommend Denny to any person looking to sell or buy as he does not know the LAWS of the government. Denny misinforms clients in order to protect his commission. Denny Ly does not know that if you sell a house with a lease agreement signed that the agreement comes with the sale of the house. Instead he informs his clients that this agreement does not continue despite the Residential Tenancy Act says PLUS information given to him from board members of the Landlord and Tenant Advisory Board. Avoid this unprofessional, ill informed, and poor quality realtor!!!

She was always looking for houses that met our criteria, so she made this experience a breeze. I really appreciated her honesty and she was very knowledgable when it came to all of our questions. She even got us a way better deal than we expected on the house! I would HIGHLY recommend Natalie to anyone I know and we are very happy with our purchase!

We rented from him he convinced us to use him saying he’s give us our last month free and let us out of our lease early well that was bull. well while the house was being built he called once I didn’t need to use him I could of went through the builder. Also, convinced me I should use his wire and drop another broker he knew I was using to use his wife who’s a broker then got upset cause we wanted to get out our lease one month early and never called gave me attitude worse realtor I’ve ever met

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate this less then a 1. What a horrible experience dealing with this brokerage. BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE. Malissa Jabbour is an awful agent, no morals, no ethics, 0 integrity. Will gaslight, manipulate, lie to you and then just stop or not respond at all. And Brett Winegard - the head "broker" or "office manager" wouldn't even have a conversation. He didn't even inquire about the property without complete dismissal. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This brokerage is beyond rude, lacking basic respect, and integrity. Highly unprofessional and unethical. Please save yourself some time, money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
