Our first experience was 13 years ago, and we were new to selling and buying - she was there for us every step of the way to answer questions, keep us informed and negotiate for us.
Our second experience was this summer. Once again, we put our trust in Teresa when discussing how to price our home, and ended up getting a few thousand above asking price and what we were ultimately hoping for - with sale finalized within a week of listing. In purchasing our new home, there were interesting circumstances that we would not have known how to navigate had Teresa not been there to guide and lead us with her experience and expertise. There were some moments of serious doubt/worry throughout that process, and Teresa was there to listen, consider and discuss our options. In the end, we bought a beautiful home for 10k below asking, and couldn't be happier.
