I’ve owned and sold several properties in Calgary, some of them rental properties, 2 in the high end luxury bracket. Going through my business contacts for realtor’s recommendation, I’ve hired some of the prestigious names of the real estate world thinking they would sell my luxury home since they are in touch with other executives in town. I found out that unfortunately my million dollar house was just one more in their portfolio. In 2022, I took a chance on Steve McKenna . I loved his authenticity and positive attitude. This man is humble, kind, smart and hard working. He truly made me feel as if I was his one and only client while this was far from being the reality. Anne Davidson paired with him, and balanced the to-do list, taking care of staging and painting etc… excellent communication between them and I. My house sold in record time but these guys had to go through so many showings, always patient , dedicated, positive , changing lightbulbs, vent covers, fixing Knick knacks to make it perfect. I think this team is a rare gem. Today I take the time to write this because I feel the utmost respect for them. This is my most sincere praise to them and recommendation for you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robby is one of the best agents in Edmonton. I have sold three homes so far through different agents and he is by far the best. Why? He truly cares about his customers. When he listed mine, he knew that he would have to sacrifice significant portion of his commission due to a referral fee. However, he did not omit any of the services he provides, such as drone video, quick response, effective communication with extra parties involved for my specific situation. That is not all. Robby has the skills you would most care about, such as market price analysis, negotiation, cost estimation and so on. To be more specific, mine got sold in about three weeks (excluding days for inspection) at about 97.5% of the listing price Robby suggested. Considering he deals with luxury/expensive homes, the stat can tell how well he does. Almost 8 months after he sold my home, I still think of him as the most professional real estate agent in Edmonton. My best wish for you and your business, Robby!
