Not only was the lady in the desk rude, we got un cleaned rooms that didn't even have the beds made. We asked for new ones and the lady said they where booked... we ended up going somewhere else. Would not recommend going here.

The breakfast is very disappointing. Bathroom shower head was for midgets I think. It is in a good location and good for 1 or 2 nights. I consider it a budget property
S	Steve Romaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place in Nanaimo. Rooms are good although a bit dated. Parking is free. Breakfast is nice to be included and included basic items like coffee, bananas, apples, cereals, muffins. Staff where quite polite. Would stay again.

Negative: Not sure if there was an elevator, could be a challenge fir some customers. There was a loud fan. But then I realized it was mine so, no concerns.
J	Joanna R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to stay as our car broke, meaning we couldn't get to our holiday. Hazel was fantastic, booking us a room, at the last minute, and organising a pet-friendly room. The reception area has a beautiful array of houseplants; it is an inviting, calming welcome. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was immaculately clean, with a good shower. A little soap bar and other essential toiletries are provided, alongside soft, absorbent, towels and washcloths. The room was clean without any artificial scents used; an extra star for that! The balcony doors open providing fresh air and there's a lock for safety. There is a breakfast provided: coffee, tea, oatmeal, bananas, apples and muffin. All the staff we engaged with were friendly, personable and helpful. All in all, excellent.
B	B W (Broba Fett) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here as my apartment was having some minor work done. They do not prefer to rent to locals. The room I rented was labeled as "sea view".. I may have been able to 'sea' it if I'd remembered my binoculars. The room itself, although small, was nice though.
