He also changed my workout game/squat game by working through my tight and damaged hip flexors and quads that were over compensating. His knowledge is unbelievably extensive and his methods work. So grateful ??

Quick back story I was dealing with severe lower back issues that was getting worse and worse. Episodes every month and duration of pain lasting longer than the previous. I was desperate. David asked me what was wrong with me immediately and I told him everything. He said if my issue is what he thinks it is he could fix me. Honestly, I nearly started to cry as I was so desperate and now had some hope. He did warn me that treatment would not be fun and it wasn’t. After 90 minutes(30 of which was not allotted) I was beat up but felt much better. Within a week I was feeling the way I should. As in all things life gets in the way and I had things that took me away from being able to see David. My problems started back but not as bad as before. The knowledge I was given helped to mitigate my episodes. But once I got back to Canada and the initial lockdown was lifted I contacted David right away. One of the first questions I asked my gym was if he still worked there. So for about the last year I have been seeing David regarding my back and as of the last 2 months I have been seeing him as a personal trainer as well. My body feels great and now we are taking things to a new level with my fitness and nutrition. Can’t say enough about him. His knowledge and no nonsense approach is the stuff I need and I believe most would benefit from. Last but not least I am happy to be able to call him my friend

I booked with him on the recommendation of a friend for the sports therapy treatment, and let me tell you... this is the best decision I have made! I have been living with chronic pain in my right shoulder, shooting up to my neck and into my temple, for about 5 years with no relief from classic massages. My first session, David completely erased the pain in my temple, and gave me more movement when turning my neck (I had limited mobility turning right). My second session he worked on it more along with other muscle groups, and I could feel the muscles finally being released. I can't say enough wonderful things about David, just go see him and you will understand!

Years back I occurred a knee injury Due to dance that doctors where not able to find the issue Until meeting David I wasn’t able dance on my knee or teach properly.
