With his guidance, I have greatly elevated my health, fitness and physique. I went from being completely embarrassed of my body, to I cannot wait for summer to show how the hard work and discipline has paid off. Without a coach like Sal, I know that I personally would not achieve my goals without his expertise and fitness, nutrition of food, meal planning, and even mental strength support.
