★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here before and it’s been good but the last massage I had the RMT used “tools” (rollers etc.) the whole time. I wasn’t a fan.
Edit: I never received a call and I never said I was "delighted". I also never said the massage was bad I just said I wasn't a fan. I don't understand how you can feel what you're working on without feeling it with your own hands. I've had many massages and "tools" have never been involved. The tools were used so much that one actually fell apart during the session. Every other massage I've gotten I'm usually flipped onto my back and have my neck, shoulder and arms worked on. That didn't happen this time. The massage itself just seemed disorganized. The RMT was very nice, respectful and professional. The lack of communication from both parties is probably to blame. With that being said I've been to this location many times before and have enjoyed it. Re-rated to 3 stars.

All my needs were addressed and some at home suggestions were made as well. She did a fantastic job and I feel so much better! Very professional and knowledgable, definitely recommend her! Thank you.

After reviews I found Massage Experts, they had good reviews, so I booked an appointment. I’m glad I did! I had a great experience! The massage therapist was friendly, listened to what I needed, checked up on me, and did a great job! She made me feel comfortable, and relaxed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time today, and already scheduled three more appointments! I saw Juliana, she was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my pressure points with trigger point release, which was really effective! I left feeling much lighter in my neck, low back and calf muscles!!! She was also timely, took me in on time and spent more than an hour with me. Plus the facilities were very clean and therapeutic.
Needless to say, i highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was pleasant. Receptionist was polite and informative when it came to dealing with my insurance. I requested a deep tissue massage and Jenny did a great job. I've tried to go to other massage therapists and just didn't get this same quality of a massage
