Excellent service, great staff, great crops.

At first I was skeptical coming here for my Doberman puppy’s cropping but I’m overall happy with the result. I’m new to cropping so this was scary needless to say however the surgery went successful and recovery was fairly quick. The overall crop came out very nice and healed properly too. They are very informative of all the precautionary measures and risks that come with it so nothing is a surprise. The reason I’m giving three stars is because you never get to meet the vet or have a lengthy consultation, it’s a quick one before the procedure. They advised me drop off would be at 8:30 AM however they worked on a first come first serve basis which was misleading. Also informed me that pickup would be around 1–3 PM however they were done around 11:30AM if I had known I would’ve just waited in the area instead going home and back. Also the cone they provided was way too narrow and uncomfortable for my dog it would often scrape and reopen the scabs. If you are a little unsure on whether to trust them I would suggest them just keep everything in mind especially first timers because they are very kind to answer any questions you have over the phone or by email post op. Also if you’re concerned about death they do give a disclaimer of the possible risk, very unlikely but not impossible so keep that in mind when going through with just about any surgery for your dog. Edit: after another week found they left two stitches in her ear that I didn’t realize until after I posted. I also asked for a long crop and the person they referred me to for posting who is a Doberman breeder said it’s definitely not a long crop. Also they advised me to start posting after the stitches were removed which I was also advised was wrong. If you plan to go to them please be self sufficient needless to say. If you know you’re going to get a dog that needs to be cropped please consult with a vet before you even get the dog, it was nice that they were able to book me in such short notice however that was all that brought me here.

Dr. Kahlon is the best and i have recommend him to so many pet owner. I have been coming here for our KANE boy for 8 years and had nothing but the best care! The staff is caring, thoughtful and very informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them. Thank you Dr. Kahlon you are amazing.

I went for my dogs uti, they told me to get a urine sample and charged me $216.00 saying $100 exam fee and $25 from last appointment because they forgot to charge me tax. Then the doctor started putting something in my dogs mouth. I’m like what are you doing? He’s like I’m giving her flu shots. Made a bill of $100 for flu shots without asking me. The uti that I came for was never treated because I couldn’t get urine sample. Instead I was handed a bill for $216.00. It’s the Indian doctor, he’s corrupt, doesn’t care about your dogs, just wants to make money from you. Horrible customer service, reception ladies are rude and just trying to collect money for the doctor without any explanation. Don’t waste your time here, find a better vet that actually cares for your dog.

My dog began throwing up on a Saturday, and the next day (Sunday) we decided it would be best to take him to a vet due to our concerns regarding his behaviour. This was the only place nearby that was open that morning, and becuase we were desperate we decided to come in with the hope that we could get some answers. This vet did not help. We were not greeted kindly by the doctor, and he immediately stuck his hand in my puppy's ear without properly introducing himself. My dog is friendly and is usually more than welcoming to newcomers even in a state of illness, but it was clear how much my dog disliked this man. He growled and whined at the vet. After doing a short abdominal exam, he gave us somewhat of a diagnosis and went on to call my brother and I bad owners for his condition. We were charged over 80 dollars, no x ray or ultra sound for confirmation of his condition. They said they would direct us to an emergency hospital where we could get further testing done, but once we walked out and paid there was no paper or information given. My brother had to walk back in and ask them for the information, which is completely unprofessional in my opinion. We left this vet terrified for our puppy's health. A simple ultra sound or x ray could've confirmed his condition and gotten him the help he needed much sooner. We were overcharged and accused rather than being given advice as to how we could move forward and get him healthy. I'm thankful we went elsewhere and got him the help he needed. I would never reccomend this vet office to anyone.

I had the worst experience on the phone with a lady named Marry(March 23rd 10:30am 2022). From the get go, she sounded miserable and sounded like she hated her job. I was explaining how my puppy has injured himself while playing and I asked a few questions about medication that he has used in the past from the same clinic and that if I can buy it. She told me she would ask the vet and let me know. The vet said no, reasonable answer as you don't want to be dishing out meds for no reason. She told me to bring the puppy in, I respectfully told her that anytime I bring my puppy in you charge me $80. Her immediate answer was "Why don't you go somewhere else that's cheap". I don't know why you would talk to a client like that or any human in that fact, but it is extremely disrespectful and disgusting. Please train your staff to do better. I will now be changing clinics. I do not recommend this place.

We took our puppy to get her ears done here. We saw all the negative reviews and were a little worried about taking our little girl here. But my experience turned out to be absolutely wonderful! Drop off was extremely easy and straight forward. My puppy was finished in about 3 hours and they gave me really great information about the aftercare! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! The crop itself is clean and professional! They turned out better than expected! Super happy we still ended up going here!

Took my Doberman for an ear crop back in December. After reading some of the reviews I knew what to expect so no surprises. The fact is I have no idea whatsoever who did my dogs ear crop because I never met or spoke with them but the intake staff was really good and helpful. It’s obvious that this clinic does lots of ear cropping as they have a whole days dedicated to it. So I just let them do their thing I’m no specialist they are. When we picked him up he was crying a bit but shortly after getting home he was back to his usual crazy self. We chose a medium/large crop. His ears healed great within a week stitches were removed. We posted them weekly with a guy they recommended named Frank for about 4 months after about $40-$50weekly. Now my boy is lookin super handsome! @blancodobie
