We worked together over the second half of my pregnancy to prepare for labour and birth. I felt Nadine's knowledge and approach helped my pelvic floor issues during pregnancy. I was able to apply the breathing and exercise techniques we worked on during labour, resulting in a smooth and complication-free delivery. I'm looking forward to continuing my post-partum pelvic floor recovery journey with Nadine.

I've suffered from severe migraines for more than 13 years and have tried everything you could think of to treat them. The physiotherapy and dry needling appointments have worked wonders! Mike is amazing and has always been responsive to how I am feeling during each visit. He focuses on the problem areas and always provides suggestions for what I can continue to do at home to strengthen my neck muscles. I am so thankful I found his clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for physio, massage, and so many other services in town.

He trains about 4 times per week and sometimes finds strains inevitable. Giacomo has treated his minor injuries and has been instrumental in teaching him how to stretch before and between games and practices. Giacomo is great with people of all ages but I really appreciate how he is able to get through to my son in his explanations. I have also been seeing Kimberly for many years for massage. She too is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Kimberly is more than a massage therapist with the knowledge and experience that she has accrued over the years! I can not say enough about Kimberly’s expertise and passion for what she does! If you want to know what a real massage is, book an appointment with Kimberly, she will never disappoint! The commitment and passion of the folks at NP is refreshing, thank you for your continued efforts, even through the pandemic!

They expedited her treatment as she was told she may need surgery. Mike also expedited an appointment with a top surgeon as well. He took the time to discuss her injury with the surgeon and our family doctor. Thankfully, surgery was not needed. Mike and Natalie are very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how they explained things and made it easy to understand. My daughter was very happy with the physiotherapy she was given (was also comforted that she and Mike shared a liking for skateboarding). Megan at the front desk is very accommodating as well. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you all so much!
