Not only are the practitioners experienced and knowledgeable, but they take the time to explain everything. Plus, the vibe at the clinic is very relaxed and welcoming... which is my favourite part about Inklein. I feel confident and comfortable in their hands. Highly recommend.

I recommend this clinic to everyone I know; not only due to their professionalism, but at how kind, real and fun the staff are. The physiotherapist, Ben, has been amazing in helping me to improve my overall mobility, range of motion and alignment. This is a direct result of Ben’s knowledge and experience, through proper diagnosis, putting together an individual rehabilitation plan and execution of the various techniques used throughout every session. I definitely recommend Inklein Fitness & Rehab to anyone who is looking for treatment.

The set up is great for people seeking true personal training with 100% attention given to them at all times. Nat pays personal attention to his clients and takes a personal approach to everything he does in the business. It is a great place to go to rather than a big gym that takes your money and leaves you to fend for yourself and never see results. 100% top knotch professionals there. Couldn't be happier.

Dr. Stefan Bulfon is the most genuine doctor I have encountered. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are unprecedented! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked by this lovely studio during one of my many walks this summer and one day decided to pop in and give it a shot and sure happy I did! Owner is such a friendly and insightful young man and I’ve also met a few of the personal trainer who were also great.
Prior to the recent shutdown, I was doing personal training downstairs and message therapy upstairs right after my workout. This place is great because I can do both in the same building.
Was a bit skeptical coming to a small gym as I’ve always been at a big box gym, but sure glad I made the switch. Best part is the staff and the cleanliness - place is always well kept and super clean.
Overall highly recommend you check it out! 5/5

I have been working out there for about 3 months now and can confidently say they have your best interest at heart. Would highly recommend going to this gym if you are looking to stop bad habits and manifest good ones... They make really good protein shakes also!
