H	HoMe AlOne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I still gave the clinic 4 stars for the incredible RMT appointment I had with Diane she was pleasant and great at her work. However, I’ve booked another RMT recently but had someone else scheduled to do my message. The lady told me to keep my mask on while I’m getting the message service face down in a hole. I refused and explained that in my previous appointment that wasn’t far ago I was not advised to keep my mask on during the service nor it was mentioned in my email booking confirmations. I told the lady that I will be leaving and asked her not to charge me any fees. The issue is that they sent me many emails in which non of them a mention of the mask keeping. It is like I book a message then the masseuse tells me they will be wearing gloves for health reasons! I won’t enjoy that, same with keeping a mask. Instead of enjoying the service I keep struggling and grasping for air.

I feel like she uses just the right amount of pressure and always checks in to make sure I'm comfortable with any change in pressure or technique. I can't go without my monthly maintenance appointment!
