★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great experience dealing with Trademasters here in Chilliwack. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Their technician was thorough and stands behind his work. I dealt with Brad at the service desk and he really impressed me with how quickly he responded with a fair quote and the follow through was superb. I highly recommend using trademasters if you want to put shelving in a work van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed a hitch on my 02 Frontier, this required the guys at Trademasters to find the right product for a 20 year old truck. They ordered in the parts and installed it while I waited making the process really convenient. Highly recommend this business for quality work and friendly service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my brand new 2021 GMC Canyon bed liner sprayed, expressed hesitation, was assured it would be no problem. Upon pick up noticed a "Line X" sticker that was put on the wet bed liner. Took the sticker off, called Trademasters was told it was no problem and to bring it back so they could remove the left over adhesive. Brought it down right away where the owner Wayne attempted to remove the adhesive but left me with this ugly mess (See pic). After several emails back and forth Wayne told me to bring it back and leave it for 2 hours so they could remove/repair the mess he caused, I responded 3 times asking when to drop it off. I finally got a response saying to never mind and that they would just put the sticker back on, even though he physically gave me one to keep in my glove box for "warranty". THAT is when I replied saying I would be pursuing other options. I have all the emails. I told them I do not want a sticker on my vehicle, in which was referred by Wayne as "Sticker" and was NEVER told about it. After I called is when I was informed it was for "Warranty" as per Trademasters own deal with Line-X (that is not a customers problem or concern) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and extremely SHADY the more I re - read the email correspondences with the owner. I am currently taking this complaint further. Customers BEWARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to express my sincerest gratitude to Mark and his crew for taking my Jeep in near days end today. The sway bar link was hanging, it was a problem. Not a spare part to be found in the Valley. The gentlemen at the desk were welcoming and kind. Mark ensured my panic stayed at a low ? and subsequently rebuilt the link and sent me on my way in a much safer fashion than I arrived. I have huge appreciation for the patience I was shown and the perseverance to get my whip back into fine form. Thank you so much for the stellar service! ??? I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend!
