★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a tool that i needed modified. Small job but I had called 2 other similar shops in chilliwack first before Steeltec. One shop referred me elsewhere as they couldn't do it, other shop was very rude to me saying they don't want to do it right now and call back in a couple weeks. I called Steeltec and spoke to Dave over the phone. He was very nice and asked me to bring it in so he can take a look. Had me wait 10 minutes at the desk while he did the job for free.
I then had to bring the tool back in as I had made a measuring mistake. He did the job again for free, didn't make a fuss and was very pleasant to deal with as were the rest of the staff that I spoke with there when visiting. Thank you Dave. Great company :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steeltec did an excellent design and fabrication at a reasonable price for our 3 section not quite square 19.2 ft x 2.5 ft Stainless Steel Window Well Grates with a Gas Fire Place Vent Cutout.
The Grates fitted perfectly and the design is strong enough to support my 290 lb weight with no sagging or bounce, yet are light enough for either my Wife or I to lift out for access to the Well.
