Had Spring Maintenance done on my '12 Versys 1000 - Joe's team found items not repaired correctly by a previous shop and worked with me on reasonable solutions, easy to work with with appointments and timing. Cost was more than fair and I have to say, the bike has never ridden as well as after getting it serviced there. Kudos.

Picked up a used Harley from these guys. All in all a 10/10 experience. Everything was made easy and I felt appreciated and was well taken care of. Special props to Dex in Sales, the lady who assisted me in finance and the gentleman in service, who gave me excellent recommendations for taking care of my new ride.

Great selection of bikes and gear. They were very knowledgeable. Helped me with a purchase with my sons bike. Made me feel very comfortable and not pressured at all the purchase anything. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a great experience and helpful staff.

I decided to get a cruiser bike which we can't find in Ontario. So i find mountain view online and got a good deal on a beast from Natasha. They shipped the bike to toronto and everything was done smoothly. They were very helpful and friendly. Definitely i recommend others to go there you will get a good deal. Thank you Natasha and team.

What can I say, taking over a historical moto business in a small town and transitioning while keeping existing customers happy? What a feat, and I add this….great job to everyone. Sales, service, parts all hit the ground running and I’m pleased to say that I recently purchased (waiting for delivery) of a 2022 T7. It’s a commitment to purchase from any dealer but I’m fully confident I’ve made the right choice based on the support customer service from every department involved. Personable, knowledgeable and all around good vibe. It’s tough in any market these days and as a customer I feel like keeping expectations reasonable is absolute. You get what you give in this world, I’ve been given an excellent buying and selling experience dealing with this outfit. Oh and in 2 days I get to gift my 5 year old her first quad…thanks to mountain view for making that possible in a time where getting anything is hard to achieve.

First off I’d like to put out a big thank you to Natasha for all your help you are a sweetheart and I’d also like to thank Christine for her help, this is my first Harley Davidson I was trilled. I also got a welcome to the Harley family from Joe in the service department that was awesome thanks bud ,and it was great meet Tyler nice young fella gonna take care of me if I have any problems with my bike or any questions, he’s got my six. And I’d also like to thank Cassidy for showing me around very knowledgable young lady. So all in all I don’t believe you can go wrong buying a motorcycle from Mountain View Harley Davidson all wonderful people. So as I’m a little late in putting this in I have now five other people who I know have bought motorcycles from them that I ride with. And this is only in the last three or four weeks. Cheers to you all thank you. I’ll see you all from time to time

I decided to buy a dirt bike and I headed in on Saturday at 10:30 (they open at 10). Torry was the sales rep that I’d been speaking with prior. He reached out less than 24 hours after I filled out the online contract form. He was super kind and helpful and very attentive while we were at the store. He’s very very knowledgeable as well. We wouldn’t have gone in that day if I hadn’t received a text from him on Saturday morning saying they had the bike I wanted in stock. The excitement just through the texts he sent alone, got me excited enough to wake up my sleeping boyfriend and tell him we’re going to get a bike for me haha. When I got there they had my TT-R230 sitting pretty and ready to go. I headed upstairs to pick out some gear and Brady was absolutely amazing. Most helpful person ever. Dude needs a raise for sure- I spent some extra $ just because we got along so well and he was so relaxed. Didn’t feel like selling. More like a conversation. Christine, the finance manager, was very helpful. There was an issue with the financing at no fault of my own, but because the credit union hadn’t recorded that I paid off my car loan over a YEAR ago. Christine literally worked all day to correct this, and even sent in my proof of final payment to the finance company. She literally cut the finance rate they had offered me into 1/3 once she’d proven that I’d paid my loan off, and even fought to make it lower after that. While we were waiting for everything to be sorted out, we spoke to Krystal (Parts and Accessories Manager). She was extremely helpful and offered me a ton of advice on the bike and riding tips. I feel a lot more confident after speaking with her. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners- Pete. He was very kind and helpful. Lastly I wanted to mention Dex. He is one of the newer members of the team and truly was one of the most helpful. We were at the store from 10:30am-4:30pm due to all of the issues with the financing company. Dex was constantly coming to chat with my boyfriend and I and make sure we were comfortable while we were waiting. Super chill and down to earth guy. I truly don’t think we would have waited as long as we did if it weren’t for him! Definitely deserves a shout out and some credit for this one. Having employees like Dex can really make any experience quite positive. I hope he sticks around! As someone who works in sales, I have to say this was the best sales team I’ve ever seen. They work together so well, and clearly have your best interest at mind. They work from the heart! It never feels like anyone is trying to upsell or push a sale, and I never felt any pressure. Thank you guys! So happy to make referrals for your shop in the future!
