★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex and Levi and the crew are the jet boat gurus. They really know their stuff and always repair the problem. They are the guys I go to with large jet boats and small boats with out boards. I highly recommend them as THE jet boat people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex and his team did a fair bit of work to my Custom Weld Viper2. They took the boat in with an ECM issue and did a bunch of custom work like a tower and more. I would take a jet boat back to them without question for work and repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a used Custom Weld Viper jet boat with a 5.7 vortec and american turbine pump and took it Venture Boats to get it checked out. We asked Alex to go over the boat front to back and make some recommendations for service requirements. Alex and Levis went through the boat methodically and developed a scope of work for us with a variety of options. and estimated costs. We took their recommendations and are very happy we did. The work performed was excellent. Quality craftsmanship from journeymen who know jet boats right to the core. All of the components used were on specifications and installed perfectly. There isn't alot of room for error when installing new equipment in a boat:..new shift system, steering cables, bucket and dual batteries, wash down pump.. to name a few and each project was done with care and attention. As for cost.. right on budget and worth every penny. Great value, great guys to work with. No hesitation in recommending Venture Boats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to give a huge thanks to Alex and Levi at Venture Riverboats who made buying my first boat a real pleasure. They took the time to walk through the entire boat explaining everything from basic jet boating necessities to the full operation and maintenance involved. Can’t forget the paddles, grate rake and first aid kit they threw in. The Custom Weld was in immaculate condition and as solid as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldnt let these guys work on my lawn mower. 10500 bill. Asked that both my fuel gauges work. Neither one worked. I ripped both sending units out and the gauge. Put in all 33/240 ohm gauge and sending units worked great. They removed my fuel tank to put in new control cables. Fuel line pinched underneath tank. Would not draw fuel. Ripped the floor out and removed tank. Rerouted fuel line. Mechanic couldnt get motor running correctly new intake gaskets carb gasket fuel pump. Carb gasket mounted too far ahead. Would not let 4 barrels open. Mechanic tells me firing order wrong when the boat ran ok when i brought it there. Not once did anyone from venture contact me in regards to cost of any repairs. New battery box they drilled 6 holes in the transom of the boat. You think they would have welded it in. Called to have them fix the stuff and was told to bring it in in 2 weeks. Not acceptable.I am a licensed mechanic. Brought it there to save some time and had to fix half the stuff they repaired. I will not be returning.
