★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online a high idle switch for my Superduty, paid for it on Mastercard. Waited weeks and weeks. Never heard anything. I had to follow up with the company, only to find out they had screwed up and not charged me shipping. Instead of just mailing me the part and owning the mistake, they canceled my order without telling me. Not a great way to do business, pretty disappointing. A stand up business would have just mailed it Canada post. I've since taken my business else where. Don't waste your time ordering online from these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an S&B Air filter installed on my 2020 Dodge 3500 . A week goes by and the side part of the filter falls off . I went and ask them to order me one . I go pick it up and to my surprise I had to pay for the part . Apparently the installation Warranty is 10 feet or end of drive way.
As a consumer in my opinion it should of been free, as it could have been a part defect or not installed correctly. Either way is still should have free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a BD diesel trans installed roughly around May 2020. A pressure control box was bad and damaged a solenoid in trans causing dtc codes. Truck went back to shop, trans under warranty. Shop found problem and sent box back, replaced solenoid etc. Idk if bd repaired or replaced box but it took alittle over a month to get it back. After box was sent back, it was installed and fixed. Bill was $1700. BD agreed to warranty some of the cost. I went ahead and paid the $1722 bill because I use the truck to pull rv due to work. BD said they would cover $580 or repairs, I've had the truck back and running almost another month now and still waiting on warranty check. I am pleased on how well the transmission performs now that its operating at 100%, and everyone I spoke to at BD was very helpful and nice. Pit the fact that I spent roughly $8000 for a trans and install, then another $1722 for repairs almost instantly . Along with the amount of reimbursement and time frame, I will probably choose a different route performance wise on anything else that comes up. Good products when working properly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever delt with!!! Transmission blew up with less then 20k on it and they won't stand behind it. Transmission has been out of the truck for over a month and Dan won't give me a timeframe of when it will even be done!
Wont ever buy another thing from BD ever again!!!
Asked for my old broken parts to be returned with the rebuilt transmission and they said they would but failed to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BD Diesel has always been fast, courteous and knowledgeable every time I've placed orders with them, have had questions or just discussing new products. I have had the honor of being on the BD Diesel Race Team for 3yrs now and am proud to have them backing me. The BD staging limiter is a MUST HAVE for any weekend warrior or full time drag racer. It makes for deadly consistent launches, chops reaction times and 60ft times. I recently had a long phone conversation with Brian Roth about 6.0 powerstroke injectors and the new BD Diesel 6.0 powerstroke stage 2 Screamer drop in turbo. I had some insights and thoughts as well as Brian. He was very tentative on listening at what I had to say and it lead to a couple description changes on the website. It's great to know that the owner of a big company will listen to a little guy in the industry like myself. I will definitely always strive to do my best in supporting the men and women at BD Diesel as they always have my back in supporting me and all of their valued customers. Let BD Diesel be your one stop parts stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought a number of items from BD now like intercooler, trans coolers, diff covers, oil pan, intake horn and a bunch of other stuff as well as new injectors just recently.
Always been treated great by a friendly team when I call, and even got the royal treatment and tour from the owner himself when I decided to visit unannounced one day!
Great people at a great company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not stand behind their warranty. They blame the owner for quote “abusing the product”. My truck is lightly used on the weekends. Spent well over $10k here and waited 5 months for a replacement. Would not recommend BD to anyone
