Like many people out there, I bought myself a used hot tub, not knowing really anything about what / if anything was wrong with it. The experience to get it to my house or to be looked at was traumatic- to say the least. I went on my neighborhood Facebook page and without a doubt, All Spa Repairs and Hot Tub shop was the one with the most positive feedback through customer reviews. From the day I phoned, Amanda was so fantastic and efficient in scheduling my appointment. I felt so reassured and felt my heavy burden lifted instantly.
My tub needed quite a few repairs and they were super efficient in communication right down to the time they would come and grab the tub to take it to their shop.
Fast forward to today- to say my tub had issues is an understatement. They worked on it and did way more than I ever could have imagined and paid for- without charging me a dime more. I got my tub on Friday and I have to say, it is the most gorgeous tub I have ever seen.
Service with a smile always, never felt stupid when I asked any questions and have all the information I need for me and my family to enjoy and make beautiful memories.
My tub is 10/10 and my experience through it was the best I have ever had - a five star isn't good enough :) . Without a doubt, I recommend this business wholeheartedly and will only go here for any hot tub needs in the future. Thank you Amanda and Alistair.. you are DIAMONDS!

In the end we ended up going with them to get a Sunrise because you can tell they've done their research, and they are passionate and excellent at what they do. They were very helpful during the purchasing, delivery, and installation of the hot tub, and I definitely recommend them! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From a referral, I visited the Hot Tub Shop in Abbotsford at Maclure Biz Park. Was greeted by Amanda - who was knowledgeable and honest with all their different options….and super flexible on install, payment methods, options and choices. Alistair delivered and installed the tub from start to finish. Explained the chemical process and left printed detailed instructions. If you are purchasing a hot tub, I highly recommend going to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can't say enough good things about Alistair and Amanda. 1.5 years ago they refurbished our near new Coast Spa - which we acquired with our new home. Unfortunately, the tub was discovered to have 10+ leaks and mummified rodents buried in the spray foam - won't plan to buy a Coast Spa again. They coordinated craning the tub out, making all necessary repairs off-site, and then craning the tub back into our backyard. That was as good an experience you could ask for, on a nearly new tub with inherited problems. But the full five star experience has been since then, when Alistair has continued to support us with the ongoing bugs and fixes that have been necessary on our Coast Spa. He has earned our trust time and time again and has acted with nothing but integrity. So happy to have discovered Alistair and Amanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just received the most incredible customer service from The Hot Tub Shop. After recently buying a used hot tub in Nova Scotia, I couldn't find a local company that sold this product. I needed help on a Sunday and worried the freezing temperatures would break my pipes as the hot tub would not heat. On a whim I called this store. Unbelievable service. For several hours photos, texts and calls were exchanged. They literally talked me through diagnosing the problem. I have no experience in anything like this. Their encouragement, direction and guidance was invaluable. The level of care and support that they give a stranger on the other side of the country amazed me and made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Thank you again for all your support!
