★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend Service master to anyone who has a choice to use their services. Unfortunately, they were a company my parent's insurance provider used. Their staff appear to be nice while you are around, however, some are a bit rough around the edges. We had multiply people coming in and out of our house for fire restoration which took weeks.. There was no consistency on which staff were working which day... Our items were removed from our house without being able to see what was being taken out. All our clothes were sent to "Dry cleaning" however I am not sure it was actually dry cleaned as i later noticed that my $100 white dress was clearly washed with pink fabric as it now has a pink tinge. There were also multiply broken items found in our house later. Multiply missing items that at the time you don't realize are missing till down the road when you go to use those items and they have completely vanished.. They are also extremely unorganized and lack communication, we had to call multiply times to have our stuff back weeks after they were done with their cleaning services. We were living in our house and had no blankets, towels, and CLOTHES. We had to borrow them from neighbors while we waited weeks for their return...AND to add to everything we are still finding black soot throughout our house months down the road... I do not recommend their services if you have a choice... If you do not have a choice get a nanny cam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 150 ft tree fall on our house which left us with extensive damage to our living room. After months of frustration with another contracting company who dealt with nothing. ServiceMaster's were contacted and they showed up next day with about 20 guys at our front door to pick up the pieces. They were so understanding to our needs and understood our frustration. The crew began work asap and within 4 weeks we had our house back to normal. These guys showed compassion and worked around our needs. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone in need of renos. Thank you to each and everyone that showed up and cared enough to get us our home back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without hesitation I would like to say that Service Master, as a company and as individual employees and trades, made what could have been a very bad situation (a flood that caused all the floors needing to be replaced) an experience that passed with relative ease and comfort. They assessed the damage quickly and presented us with a schedule of repairs that everyone adhered to so all the repairs went smoothly and in a timely manner.
Kudos especially to Tom Gouldstone and Samara Bredlow.
I would certainly recommend using Service Master if you find yourself in a similar situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our house flooded, we immediately called service master. They were at our place within hours if the flood. We experienced excellent communication from our project manager, John. We felt cared for and kept in the loop about every step of the restoration. John was available to answer all questions and was honest and upfront about all work and costs. When we encountered an issue with damage to our walls from the flooring installers, there was no hesitation to have a painter in to patch the drywall and repaint the affected areas. I would highly recommend service master for any restoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service Master team is an amazing group. We had a leak in our water main and our part of our yard had to be dug up and part of our basement was flooded. During a very stressful experience, they really came through. Every single person on the team that we worked with was friendly, respectful and professional. They got the work done and were very helpful and answered questions that we had along the way. It was a tough few months, so having a good team taking care of everything made it much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On October 13, 2020 in a wind storm we had a Cottonwood fall on our roof. ServiceMaster was charged with repairs. We are pleased that all repairs have been completed - roof, bathroom, gutters, deck and fence. We appreciated the ServiceMaster's professionalism and the care that was extended by all contractors and tradesmen in particular Simon Nash who was in direct contact with us throughout the process. We understood from the beginning that repairs would be handled in a sequence of - emergent then cosmetic and that the latter might take some extended period of time to complete. Having said that all repairs were finally completed on December 10 which was actually 2 months earlier than we had be warned to expect! Very pleased with ServiceMaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was really good. The project manager answered my questions and in a timely manner. Once the insurance company has approved the work, Service Master setup the work items quickly. The work was completed within a couple weeks. I'm happy to see that Service Master hired good trades people to complete the work. They stayed with the project throughout the entire time.
