R	Rhei Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New update: This is my first time to disappoint for having my eyebrow waxing here. The Indian small lady who made my eyebrow waxing was terrible. Answering phone calls while doing the eyebrow waxing is UNPROFESSIONAL. Even rudeness asking about what I want for my eyebrows showing her a picture and asking me “Why? Is that your picture so I can use it for your preferred eyebrow style?” with rudeness. ??‍♂️??‍♂️ and in the end, it looks mess (100% NOT CLEAN AT ALL -AND STILL HAVE TINY HAIRS) even the twizzer she’s using are not good. not even trimming the long hair in my eyebrows. I MISSED OLD STAFF ESPECIALLY KARMANEE WHO ALWAYS KEEP MY EYEBROWS IN GOOD SHAPE.

Hopefully my brow hair will grow back soon :( Update: I went back to the shop and talked to the manager. Instead of offering a refund, she gave me a brow card so next time i can get my brows done for free.. bur I’m terrified by this place and I wouldn’t risk my brows getting cut off again by going back

Our experience was the best at this location. Dana and her team were very professional, helpful and kind! We definitely had the best costumer service and we highly recommend this location for beauty services related! Their products are really nice too and they just gained 4 new clients! 5*****

I'd love to visit this place again whenever ill travel back to Canada. And hope covid restrictions will be end soon and people can travel and enjoy again like use to be.Pray for all humanity ❤. Also I definitely recommend and preferred this store to my all friends and family.

T	Tracy Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for nose piercings and although the ladies that gave us the service were lovely I was disappointed with what they consider a nose piercing….in hindsight I did go to Trade Secretes so I should have lowered my expectations. Anyway, they used a plastic gun which surprised me and the piercing feels like an earring stud. It’s sharp and straight so when it hits the other side of the inner nose it’s incredibly painful. I paid $150 (with tip) and got home and my husband’s fell out. My daughter and I were uncomfortable and not overly happy with the type of nose ring they used. I called and spoke with the manager the next day and asked for a refund for my husbands piercing seeing as it fell out and she offered me a ‘discount’ on another piercing once his nose healed. I explained that we weren’t really happy and he wasn’t interested in doing it again so I wanted a refund. She told me the store doesn’t give refunds. I was fine with that and asked for a store credit for just his and she told me she would have to speak to the owner. It’s been a week and I still have not received a call. While I understand that policy is policy I am disappointed at the way this was all handled. I was interrupted numerous times and she spoke over me while I attempted to explain what happened. She got defensive even though I told her I wasn’t angry or upset just disappointed that the piercing fell out a couple of hours after getting it.
