★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister had a recent "Feel Good Story" involving "Traction". She had purchased a guitar on line for her Husbands Birthday. Unfortunately it was delivered to Traction in error. After a lot of searching and Phone calls she discovered it was delivered to Traction and they had it there. I contacted them and after some crying and explaining, their Employee (Donny) agreed to bring it to Her address after work. When he showed up with the guitar, emotions were all over the place. She offered him $10.00, which he accepted and then gladly gave it to her husband and wished him a Happy Birthday. This whole situation has restored her "Faith in Humanity". Good on you TRACTION. Thanks to you and your employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at traction to pay my bill today there closing time is 1:00pm but i reach there at 12:55 all the way from paris.but staff lock the doors before their closing time and refuse to let me enter only to pay bill of my parts.
