★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and knowledgeable sales person. The retail portion seems to be neglected. Sample phones missing, signs missing, dreary empty vibe. The sales lady gets a 5 star rating and the physical place gets a 1 star. I believe this is a corporate store that caters to companies rather than to walk in clients. Convenient accessible free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the friendliest of staff at this location, they seemed to have not been organized by any means whatsoever and it also took 3 people to figure out how to use the system to upgrade a phone. Only upside was that they had the phone I wanted in stock. If your looking to upgrade your phone, I would recommend a different Telus store entirely.
