★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought new tires off-road tires for my truck paid over $100 so that I could rotate them every 5000 km came in for my rotation waited two hours and a half to get my tires rotated, won’t be back again Dubai anything from this location I was looking for other items I just bought a rolling tunnel cover which I was going to purchase from here but decided to go somewhere else with this type of terrible customer service you must be losing big bucks from customers like that, I do not recommend this location for tires or anything else they talk to you nicely can you into it once they got your money they treat you like this…. and then they do this to you 2 1/2 hours to get tires rotated WTH so you don’t come back to get your tires rotated, So they get your money and they don’t have to pay for the tire rotation so I guess rip off….
Just documented and if this keeps happening get legal advice…..

I Mentioned to the gentleman at the counter I just need to purchase wheels and do not need installation or help making clearance, the guy proceeded to call me a know it all and told me to buy my wheels somewhere else. Cant help but laugh at these dorks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our new JL this summer and of course the doors were coming off. In case of overnight rain or critters we purchased a cover so the doors could remain off for the night. Aaron quickly found one for us and was able to pick it up in a few days. It fit perfectly and kept overnight rain out. It actually went back in it's bag very easily when I put it away. Aaron also found a hitch receiver for our bike rack that fit in like a glove. Being newbies to Jeep nation, Aaron answered many questions and is great to work with.
Thanks Aaron and crew for a great place to 4x4 shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took my Jeep Wrangler to 4 Wheel Parts as it was recommended to me by multiple people for upgrading my tires from stock. When I first called I was very nervous and unsure about what I could and could not do and had 1000 questions. Ryan took the time to answer every single one... He gave me straight up honest answers and a few options to choose from. We ended up upgrading my tires and I am beyond satisfied with the outcome. Ryan was knowledgeable, patient and most importantly honest with me. Which as someone who is pretty green to the world of Jeep upgrades I am extremely appreciative of. I will definitely be working with them in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried on several occasions to call in, and also emailed. No one ever answers the phone, and never received a reply to my emails after a few days of waiting. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere for my wheels and tires.
Unfortunate since I'd heard good things about 4WP, but the lack of customer service is concerning. Can't imagine trying to deal with any issues that could potentially arise as part of a large purchase, if you can't even get some simple questions answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband needed a new after-market steering shaft for his older F-250 and I took it to task to find him the best deal online while still finding out 1-if it was in stock, 2-if it was shippable to our area, and 3-how long delivery would take.
While I found two online-presence vendors with similar pricing, 4 Wheel Parts was the only one who answered the phone so I could get the ball rolling. And within less than the 2-3 weeks we were told it may take (they needed to order from the Canadian supplier who does not sell direct) we had it in our hands!
Very impressed, they've been bookmarked for any future needs for The Beast ?
