Look elsewhere. Shop online or find another store. Chances are the part your looking for will be half price then what Napa sells it for.

Called ahead to ask about the parts during pandemic, then waited without acknowledgement to wait 15 minutes for them to tell me they DIDN'T have it! That's why I called!!!!

Less than 5% of products are priced, who shops for anything without knowing the price? Customers must ask for a price for each product, I guess if you charge all customers different prices then that answers the questions.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE, I bought a 22mm socket 3 days ago then during the weekend I found way better deal from Canadian Tire (Tire change kit with 6 sockets), so today I went to return this socket to NAPA, the gentleman not only refuse to return it he tried to educate me about NAPA's definition of used vs. new (I tried it only once to see if it is the right size for the lug nut.) Many people asking why amazon put other companies out of business? So customer care is a big reason why. I purchase a lot from amazon (online) as well as in-store: Canadian Tire, Staples, Home Hardwear toys r us ...etc. And even after using the product if I am not 100% satisfied I return it with full refund (during the time frame 15~45 Days). I felt so bad to deal with NAPA store in Meadow Lake today and I am 100% sure it is the last time, I rather drive to North Battleford or even Saskatoon and get the right fair deals and satisfaction of proper customer care.

every time i go here they sell me the wrong stuff, then when i go back to tell them that, they make me feel dumb. it’s the employees fault. i go in & ask for what i need & i always get something that isn’t even made for my vehicle. very disappointing. their job is to know about vehicles & parts but obviously they don’t know much. - a very irritated customer.

To start off i am willing to change my review if things change. As has been said before parts are more expensive here but then warranty is better as well. But what got me is in the short time i have got parts from here one part was faulty, one part was for a different make vehicle. And shipping took longer then they said when they had to get the part in (which likley is not their fault). If my experience changes i will change my review.
