★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was doing subcontract work for a company at Toyota. Some days I could obtain a temporary badge no problem other days some grumpy old man would try to belittle me. Really need to re-evaluate the security company they hire. Toyota is not a bad company tho, just the security team is very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked at the Cambridge plant and I had 3 surgeries due to the workload Toyota puts on its workers. If they cared at all about the people who build the cars it would be a great place to work. but management wants their digs in to make it more miserable. Im glad I retired when I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place a negative one million star review if it was possible. I worked at the Cambridge location for over 7 years. They destroy your body, and then throw you out like a used rag when you're no longer good to them anymore. In addition to that, they are not unionized and the little "management clicks" rule with an iron fist. Do yourself, your family and your body a huge favour and stay as far away as possible from this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst jobs I've ever had, between the bone crunching work, inhumane work hours and incompetent group leaders (EB) and above, you are absolutely nothing here. TMMC talks a big game and has a lot of money to bolster its image which is nothing more than good marketing.
My advice is to RUN, not walk away from this place. Retention rate is atrocious and tenured employees call it "the Golden handcuffs" because for those who started years ago when things were "better" and now at top pay rate have no transferable skills therefore very dependent on TMMC for income.
