D	Dean Schmaltz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a sports team looking for a place to stay, this should be the LAST place on your list. Extremely unaccommodating and rude to kids. If a business doesn't want sports teams there, then just tell us when we try to book so we don't waste your time or ours.
C	CM2021 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful hotel experience AND the room rate was economical. The free breakfast had variety and was efficiently run. Everything was very clean and exactly as advertised. I loved all the amenities that the hotel offered everything from the pool, hot tub, and exercise equipment to the BBQ and board games (though we didn't use those last two, we knew they were there if we wanted to.) Everything was labelled and clear. I also liked the little store in the lobby - it was very helpful when my daughter was in need of an 'emergency' chocolate milk late at night. Staff were very friendly, helpful, but also unobtrusive. They let us be but were always immediately available when we needed something. Thanks so much for the relaxing vacation!
S	SteveD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms with kitchenette. Our unit had two separate bedrooms and a pullout couch in the main room, easily accomdating our family of 5. The main beds were really nice but the pullout was a bit harsh to sleep on. The gym was good but a multi-station resistance machine would have been nice. Pool and hot tub were clean. Hot breakfast could have been expanded a bit more but was sufficient. Would definitely recommend

I've stayed at some 5 star hotels that were not as clean and well taken care of as this one. The beds were comfortable, sheets soft and all the rooms are temperature controlled. The decor is modern, new and functional. The kitchen was super handy to have especially with a little one. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile and a hello. Breakfast was included and the hotel is in a convenient location (north Red Deer) close to Tim Hortons and other businesses. The highway is close by. My husband stays here everytime he visits Red Deer for work. Thank you!
K	KarenRideout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I enjoyed every aspect of our visit. Our room was spotless, comfortable and just what we needed. We used the pool twice and it was warm and very clean, we also enjoyed the continental breakfast of fresh bagels, cheese, yogurt etc. Coffee was available all day long. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They gave little treats to our dog each time they saw him. Overall a lovely, safe and enjoyable stay!

Jacqueline in the guest services is so helpful regarding my reservation. And oh we also enjoy the swimming pool, perfect recovery workout after me and my family’s race. Parking is accessible. Breakfast meal is also yummy. They also have laundry area which i use to wash our used dirty clothes. Overall i would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Real metal cuttlery for feel at home eating experience, ceramic mugs and bowls, some pots to reheat, or make your own soup, kettle, proper coffee machine, microwave, mid-large size fridge and even dishwasher and induction stove! None of those garbage trend introduced coffee pod machines every other hotel has or one time use plastic. Perfect size for one frequent traveller. Haven't had a chance to see what breakfast was like ??‍♂️, so can't comment on that. Will certainly be given priority over other bigger names in the field... Rated at 2⭐ by hotel standards guide, but I'm giving it all the stars there is!
