M	Medic24 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before they moved to Red Deer this clinic was decent. Now it is absolutely horrible! Online booking is junk, errors, and cant manage your appointment. So you have to call, and wait on the phone for an hour or more just to talk to someone. Try to do the right thing and let them know i have to cancel but after 2 separate times waiting over an hour to do so i dont care anymore. Horrible… absolutely horrible

Walk in doctor (really nice guy) saw it and refered me to another doctor in the building for a biopsy to check for skin cancer . Waited a month for biopsy day to get here and refered doctor didn't even look! Just said "I'm sure it's nothing " and walked out the room. WILL NEVER COME BACK !

Didn't read my chart, didn't care to ask. Just a rushed job despite booking a month in advance. Receptionists are constantly snappy and rude, don't go here unless it's your only option. Dr. Devereux should be ashamed and embarrassed at how she treated another woman's health. Disgusting.

My wife was previously told they would induce her before getting to 40 weeks as this is our 4th and last labour was 4 minutes. Had another appointment today (she is now 40+ weeks) and this "doctor" said she'd book her induction next Monday because she didn't want to do it sooner because of "Easter Weekend". Absolutely idiotic reasoning and behavior, borderline malpractice. I do not recommend this place at all! I'm not sure the doctor is even smart enough to read this review.
N	Nina Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really bad experience in the new office in Red Deer. I over heard a doctor and nurse discussing patient details and gossiping in the hallway. The walls are so thin that you can even hear people talking to their doctors and what they are saying when you are waiting for your doctor. My doctor made me feel extremely awkward and uncomfortable. He even swore while talking to me. Kind of disappointed because i liked the office back before they moved to the new location.

During my first official visit, my new doctor did a full physical and it turned out that my concerns that I had been chasing with the other doctor were entirely valid and I had emerging cancer. Nothing but the best treatment since.

He told me "I'm probably still spreading around covid" even though it has been a month since testing positive with a very mild case and up until now I had zero issues. He was super dry and ended the call while I was in mid sentence. Absolutely zero PR or compassion on the phone.
