★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel entrance and restaurant are very nice. My room was ok. The air handling unit in my room was loud. I had stayed east part of the hotel. I'd suggest asking for a room on the west side (behind front desk) as they're newer rooms that may have upgrade air handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very please with our stay the hotel smells sooo good, beds are so comfortable staff are wonderful!. Only down fall was the room was very hot.. and the pillows are horrible.
Our king room was a good size the TV was big show was large...
I recommen this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am annoyed at the policy where my food can not be delivered to my room, but I had an extremely long drive and am tired... so not all their fault.
However, the lack of knowledge by front guest staff is ridiculous. They should be able to answer every question I have about this hotel, but couldn't even answer if you could rent movies in the room without being put on hold - when I went to clarify if they were new release movies, she had no answer.... and no one was around who could tell her.
That right there is sad.
The manager should be embarrassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. No stairs to the lobby and elevators were packed and slow as death. Woke up the morning of my daughter's cheer competition to no hot water. None for entire wing of hotel. Remote for television didn't work and we got locked out of our rooms on both key cards. Staff did what they could. Very poorly maintained hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked lots but we were awake for somebody from service or something like that between 8 or 830 am. But I like too the hotel looks so secure because you only are able to access to the rooms area if you use your room card to go up there. So only customers have access with their card keys. Awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about the hotel lobby bar/food. Waited over 45 minutes for a burger and fish tacos…after the order was placed. It was busy in the bar but not a lot of people were eating, I’d say less than 10 ordering food. The burger was burned so badly that the outer edge was hardly edible. Rest of the burger and even the fries were void of flavour. The fish in the tacos was drastically over cooked; very crispy batter and soft, mushy fish inside. The tacos themselves were maybe half full so it was a lot of plain tortilla.
Ordered an Old Fashioned to drink, and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Cheap bourbon (if it was bourbon) and made with ice chips which watered it down terribly. Don’t offer cocktails on your menu if you aren’t going to make them properly.
Serving some local craft beers is a plus. That’s it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. No stairs!!! 2 elevators to get to all or most rooms. 25 min wait in line to get on to the elevator to get to our rooms. The only stairs are fire stairs to the outside.
2. NO HOT WATER FOR OUR SHOWERS FRIDAY NIGHT OR SATURDAY MORNING.
3.Response from staff Friday night was "the hotel is full so we are out of hot water". I would expect a little different customer service in a service industry...maybe, sorry. We are aware and are looking into it. How can we make this stay better for you at this time." But no... we get a very poor response.

4. Not noise proof at all... can hear everything. Loud visitors in the middle of the night.. maybe update with a more soundproof door. These exist. Other hotels have them.
5. On check out we got a discount on only 1 night only. Could not shower with warm water Saturday morning until 10 am and we had a full day having to be out of the hotel early in the a.m.
Overall, I was more disappointed in the response to the absence of hot water and the fact that there are only 2 elevators and no option of stairs..so abnormal. I will not be back. There are many other hotels and unfortunately the made-up excuses and explanations and poor compensation will ensure I do not return and tell everyone I know about my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very central location with good access. Rooms are clean and have some modern updates. Despite the close proximity to the highway, there was not much noise from it which was good. The door however does let the hallway noise in, so you can hear people come and go so just line the bottom with a towel. Pool and hot tub was nice, would recommend.
