For work/business related tasks that require stable and high speed internet, the location's wifi may not work, at all. For leisure and holiday travellers though, it should be good enough. The Manager Lisa is really good in handling guest concerns/complaints and knows exactly what to do for damage control purposes. Kudos to this manager.
B	Brent Welch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel, though it's about 50 years old and has seen at least 3 renovations. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, but the TVs should be bigger. It was a comfortable stay.

The afternoon shift receptionist upon check in on Feb 14, 2022 was nice, smiling and welcoming my family friendly.. I couldn't sleep that night hearing tapping sound but the suite room was ok.. my kids love that room.. So I went down to have a smoke cause I couldn't sleep but the front automatic sliding door wasn't open so I called the number on the sign on that sliding for help to open it.. the receptionist was sleeping at the back of the house and probably I woke her up! instead of just help open the door for me, she suggested me to use the side door next time which I have to walk to the end of the hallway between the rooms. How is that convenient for me in that cold weather? The next day upon check out Feb 15, 2022, the morning receptionist wasn't that nice either no smile, talking loud, harsh tone and not friendly at all. The way she talked like looking down on us cause the person before me during the check out also she treated that poor elder lady the same. Instead of saying please give me a few minutes to check the room to see if everything is ok so i could refund your deposit by procedure, she said please wait, i need to check the room to make sure nothing is damage before i could refund your deposit. What kind of hospitality was that? I might go back to this hotel but the first impression of the hotel is receptionist! I think the human resources manager might need to retrain, transfer department or tell them not to come to work if they can't be in their best behavior to stand in the front of the house.
G	Gregory Hornshaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staff, the pool and hot tub are fantastic. The last few times I've stayed at this property, I've noticed that the desk chairs are getting a bit tired. When I adjusted the last couple of chairs in rooms 102 and 129, they slowly lost their adjustment and lowered themselves to the lowest level. Other than that, the property is fairly well maintained and is close to a lot of dining and shopping choices. So, if You had a new chair just for me when I stay there, that would be great, lol.

This hotel was amazingly good value.Clean rooms that were a good size, nice pool and a decent hot breakfast.Staff we’re all friendly and helpful, front desk are amazing and go out of their way to assist us. We are definitely stay here and will recommend it.Staff are the asset.

The room and facilities are well maintained and all the staff from breakfast server, cleaners , front desk are respectful. I always stay in this hotel whenever I'm in Red deer.Exceptional customer service.
S	Shannon Lyons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the single best hotel stay I've had. Allison and her counterpart, treated a couple of heart and road weary travelers like we were valued family. Their kindness and care were well above and beyond any duty required by the job. The hotel is older but kept immaculately clean. The breakfast was of higher standard than I've seen in a long while. We would highly recommend a stay here. If I have somehow mistaken the spelling of her name, I apologize, I'd recommend a raise for her and her counterpart.
