V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Rooms were nice. Negative: Was not aware that the restaurant and lounge were closed. This was the reason I selected this hotel. Guests are only allowed to use a small ill -equipped room in the gym.

She needs an adjustment of the mental kind. So rude. Will definitely not be back. See you next tuesday

Seems very counter productive in taking safety measures against covid. I guess once you pay for a room you can no longer get or pass covid on the upper floors is the flawed logic.

I called this hotel before booking a room as my daughter had a cheer competition and I asked if there was a booking time slot for the pool as the team would like to swim together. I was told No, there was not and all you had to do was show your vaccine record. Upon arriving we were told that you had to book and it was full so we might not be able to swim but check for 8pm and you might be able to. I'm not sure why we were told that because when we went to the pool there was over the limit anyways. Thankfully the guy came over to help us and was much more friendly but I will not be booking here again. Awful. Everyone on the cheer team has said the same.
D	Daniel Westhora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off this hotel advertises as '2 Queen Beds' in a room and they are a twin size bed at best. I would never book a stay for myself on a twin bed let alone a stay for my wife and I. We even decided to spend the extra for the third night on a 'Family Suite' as they said 'Queen Bed' and yet again, twin bed. Second, so much of this hotel is broken and in really shabby states of repair. The hot tub was broken, many doors, shower curtains, ice/vending machines etc did not work. Overall it was really sloppy looking. Please note that I stayed at this property in 2019 and it was no where near in this poor of shape. Third, why is the restaurant and bar not open? We booked for a company event and that little detail would have been really pertinent to our staff's overall enjoyment of the event. When I brought up my issues with the staff around the hotel I was met with a resounding 'not my problem' they only positive interaction with staff I had was the lady who checked me out on our third day. I would actually give this a zero if it was an option.
R	Raffela Mancuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family hosted a birthday party at the Radisson a couple weeks ago, and the room was nice and the food was delicious, but we had some issues with the main person who was assigned to help us, Tanya. The other staff were lovely and helpful, but the bartender refused to wear a mask, which we were not comfortable with.
S	Snow White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I came to this hotel to get away for the weekend. The staff were overall friendly and the amenities made the stay comfortable. But I would recommend that the hotel open their lounge as It was an inconvenience to be forced to eat elsewhere. I was very comfortable with the hotel and the room and We enjoyed our stay. The Hot Tub and Spa were a great place to relax while my husband was in the fitness center LOL.

Management does an amazing job to make sure all concerns are heard and prioritized . Their full Planet Fitness gym makes it so easy and convenient to keep in my routine . The room/beds are so clean an comfy, the best sleep I’ve had in a long time ! After a long day I love going down and relaxing in the steam room and hot tub! Location is so convenient, right off the high way. The hotel is close to so many great restaurants, which makes getting a good meal a breeze! Will always choose the Radisson hotel in all my travels.
