I've been coming here for years - no other OPA! compares to this location for service, warm and friendly staff, and without exception, welcoming, cheerful smiles. My work schedule changed a year ago and I've had to change to calling my orders in ahead of time since then due to my time constraints. The moment I walk in the door, the staff recognize me and have my order already punched in the till when I reach the front of the line. The food is always ready when I get there, food portions are always perfect - they never skimp, and they are always consistent in size. The restaurant is always clean, and I never hear an argument or complaint from the staff. I have never been treated rudely, and I've watched as the same consistent service is provided to every other customer. I've been to several OPA! locations and this one has all other locations beat in all areas, hands down. I commend all of the staff here for your unwaveringly postive and cheerful attitudes, smiles, and hard work. You've created a great atmosphere at this location and your customers appreciate that. Thank you! Former management took an opportunity to buy Yummy Noodle a few doors down, and the same great service has followed them there.
E	Edward McIntyre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent food, questionable service. The food here is is reliable as any other quick service restaurant. Sometimes great, sometimes not so great. Where it loses is the staff that don't want to confirm your order instead they just put it up on the debit machine and point at it. I would like to know what I'm ordering, and what I owe before you point in the machine.

Just today I ordered a chicken opa platter to go and when I bit into the chicken skewer, the chicken was not fully cooked. Y’all need to step it up.

Came in today and they offered me one extra skewer, as opposed to the replacement offered on the phone. Thanks for wasting my time. Update: Customer Service reached out saying they wanted to make it right. Never heard anything else from them. Never responded to my email or anything.
