M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was disgusting - at least a half cup of their cold injectable cheese product on top of one beef sandwich, with a quarter cup of their special sauce on the bottom. Meat kept sliding out with the dripping sauce and liquid cheese product. Didn't return it as it's easier to go elsewhere next time. Staff was nice. Washrooms decent.

I	IndecisiveConclusion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was by far the absolute worst chicken sandwich I've ever had.......I couldn't even chew through the meat it was that tough. I used to come here all the time years ago for the chicken bacon Swiss, the last 3 times it was a fail everytime. This last time-the worst experience of all-was the final nail in the coffin. I'd give 1 star but I feel there is a possibility that it's the quality of chicken they are provided, and may not entirely be their fault. Regardless, I know you specialize in beef but something needs to change about that chicken or just don't serve it at all.

Food was Good Service was friendly fast and Excellent. Surprised Arby's is little known yet So Good ! Wow! the staff really makes all the difference in this case must be really Good management!. They take an extra couple of minutes but it's well worth it.

Upon entering I was surprised at how remarkably clean and modern the interior of the restaurant was. I had recently heard about a secret menu item called the “Meat Mountain” and wanted to try it myself. Safe to say it was the Best $15.00 I have ever spent on a sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was the most beautifully assembled stack of meat. I had excellent service from the manager Mercy who was very accommodating with my large order. I also felt very safe as the staff were all following COVID protocol while wearing masks and sanitizing surfaces. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely be back.
