★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to get to from the Trans Canada highway. Lots of places to eat nearby and the rooms are clean and comfy. Has an awesome pool for the little ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was exceptional. The breakfast needs work. Coffee was very burnt, the egg and sausage sandwiches were pre-made, barely warm, very dry. Egg was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Why not keep the egg, sausage and cheese Separate and let us toast our bagel and make our own sandwich?

The only reason I took away a star is the lady at the front desk ( heavy set, blond older lady) was quiet rude when we checked in.
She insisted for us to show our vaccine passport, even though we told her, we won't be eating breakfast or using the pool. She isnt understand the Provincial mandates at all, and she was quite angry about it. Educating your staff about the mandates, might resolve some of these issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness was atrocious, same bunches of hair pool side for the entirety of our stay, 4 days, shower in room was stained brown and yellow, poor communication between staff and guests.
Breakfast was good.
Refunded the Wi-Fi bundle that was accidentally purchased at checkout. That was my most positive experience was being refunded.
Location is good away from crime spots and drug users but for the price paying expected better cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfully located hotel, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are well laid out with a kitchenette, sofa and a large table. Which is great for a family or couple. After being there for a few days, it was great to use the kitchenette with the fridge we could buy food and store it. The table was great for eating our meals on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually like staying here for the pool since we have little ones but we were pretty disappointed when we found used underwear under our table and when we were eating. When we called the front they told us they can give us some points but ‘it happens’. We don’t stay enough for points and it shouldn’t happen. Or at least have a better attitude towards it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms! Excellent beds! Customer service was great. Leslie S at the breakfast area was so pleasant and lovely to deal with. She made our waffles for us and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful breakfast. Thanks ? we will definitely be back.

Like little condos, kitchens, nicely appointed closets bathrooms a bit on the small side but modern, and clean with fresh smelling naturalish soaps,lotions....the beds, as is usual with Marriott properties, extremely comfortable and tomorrow we will have breakfast included, at 6 a.m. Excellent! Then we can get on the road early to continue our journey. If you have kids,they will go mental at the indoor swimming pool, it has a lot of extra bells and whistles that kids seem to love. There's a small gym for adults too and nicely appointed breakfast area.
