★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in two pairs of coveralls that my wife had washed 3 times. She had used every kind of stain remover that you can think of but they still had black spots all over them (asphaltines from the gas industry). Anyway They were brand new Nomex coveralls and they’re brand new again. I’m glad I never ran them through the dryer. Might have been a different outcome. Either way these guys are fantastic. Definitely going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a rush order on Thursday and they guaranteed it by 5pm Saturday and quoted $80. On Saturday I followed up because I had not heard back and they said it would not be done on time. I asked to speak to a manager and they said he would call back. I never received a call. When I tried to follow up I left a message and out has been 4 days and I still have not heard. When I picked up the drycleaning they charged me $107.
So it was late and I paid almost 30% more.

The prices are fair especially for the service you are getting. I highly recommend this location for all of your dry cleaning needs!

Took them in on a Wednesday, said it would be Saturday and I would get an email to keep me informed of the time they would be ready. Received notice on the Friday that they were ready, a day early!
Pick up was very pleasant and efficient. Whether you are a returning or a new customer, the service and quality of the cleaning is exceptional, as are their list of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Tower Cleaners for 30+years and there have never been any issues. The staff have always been friendly and very professional. This time I took in my winter coat for cleaning the first warm business day after that wickedly cold snap knowing that another was coming probably sooner than later. I got my coat back earlier than expected. It was cleaned beautifully and even the fake fur trim looked good.
