J'ai été témoin d'une scène très désolante dans ce dépanneur le 1 Janvier et cela m'a tellement fâché que j'ai décidé dans parler!
Certaines employées cette journée là ne devaient pas avoir les idées claires pour avoir eu un manque de savoir vivre, vulgaire et irrespectueuse envers une femme et son enfant, des mots que je ne peux même pas écrire tellement que c'est bas, du langage de fond de ruelle....
À la place du proprio je commencerais par regarder '' l'image '' des employées et de leurs savoir vivre. Par ce que... après tout, de l'excellent service à la clientèle, c'est ce qui fait en sorte que le monde revient ou PAS, donc à vous dit voir, pour votre avenir....

Some employees that day must not have had clear ideas for having had a lack of savoir vivre, vulgar and disrespectful towards a woman and her child, words that I cannot even write so much that it is low, the language of alleyway ....
Instead of the owner I would start by looking at the "image" of the employees and their savoir vivre. Because ... after all, excellent customer service is what makes the world come back or NOT, so tell you see, for your future ....
