An extremely expensive repair considering the issue. It was a broken switch which cost me $130 to for the technician to diagnose the issue than an additional $135 for a new switch and the labour $180 to put it in. In hindsight I would have replaced the range instead of doing the replacement. Staff were friendly.

Very poor service, My tenants have been without a fridge since February 14th, just found out the manager was on holiday and the parts that were shipped to them have been at the post office for weeks, surely there has to be a better system in place. The initial issue was misdiagnosed maybe it wasn't there fault maybe it was. Who knows.

When first calling to make your appointment they ask the model number and problem. They state that "if the repair man has the parts they will fix when they come the first time" When my repair man came, he knew exactly what the problem was, no investigation, unscrewed the top screws, pulled out the dishwasher and went straight to the valve. Then he told me this happens all the time, that in my complex he had done 4 already in the last 6 months. After that he charged me $147, and told me he would have to come back because he did not have the part. Basically charged me for 10 minutes of his time, and then claimed he had to come back with the part. Highway robbery, by the end it cost me over $400. I called all the higher ups and they made excuses that this is the only way to do it. I would NOT recommend, and I would use a smaller company as the "Samsung recommended vendors" will overcharge and "extra" charge. I will give that they are nice, and do overcharge with a smile.

Don’t use this company. They messed up fixing my washing machine. I have now been waiting over 4 months for their insurance to fix the flooding that was caused by their technician who did not do the repair properly. My whole laundry room was flooded as a result it went down to my basement bathroom. We are now going ahead with repairing the basement bathroom out of our own pocket since they will not get back to our insurance company. I would not use this company as if anything goes wrong you’re on your own. Very upsetting.

We were sent to this company to have our dishwasher repaired under warranty, the lid that holds the detergent snapped. The technician that came out in early 2019 was great, he told us it was a common issue, ordered the parts and came back and fixed it. I am not sure if they offer quality service only to the warranty repairs or if this company is under new management (based on all the more recent 1 star reviews). I contacted the company to come out and take a look at my dishwasher for an error message and it not draining. The technician took 20 minutes told me I need a new $900 dishwasher and left. My dad came out and drained the dishwasher and it was working fine within an hour. It seems like the tech. just didn't want to do the work as my dad had to remove the dishwasher from under the sink and get under/around it to drain it. DO NOT waste your money for a service call with this company

It is set up to suit our live styles. Hands down the communication with the customer service was exceptional. The technician forgot to bring the proper equipment twice so I had to change my work schedule twice to accommodate the guy. Not too smooth. Overall a good experience and I am sure this was just an accident.

Great service and good job fixing. Appreciate technician worked with our tight schedule. And overall one of the best customer experiences I have had. However incredibly expensive more than half the cost of a new high end dryer - if I didn’t need this fixed within 48 hours I would just advise buying new. Also price changed day or day- only by 20 bucks

If you like a big a bigger hammer approach to you issue then this is the company for you, if you want a more detailed approach look elsewhere. The tech that came to my house was left alone to do his work after I gave him the owners manual. I work in customer service and know what it’s like to have customers hanging over you and presuming they know what best. I started to hear a drill working and yelled upstairs if he needs me to call down to me. 20 minutes later he call down that he was done. I was surprised as I went upstairs to see what his idea on a repair was and he had everything back together. He said that he removed the top bracket to my freezer door and bent it so that my freezer would gain more clearance. I told him that this fix was not what I believed would work and that I was expecting a diagnosis before work was to begin, I also mention that the bend it repair was a temporary fix and could not last long and sure as he left the freezer door stopped auto closing ( that was working before) and also the millimeter of clearance was gone and the door will not close anymore. I suggest the next time your tech has a discussion with the customer BEFORE doing the work so the repair is agreed to BEFORE work is to be done. Now I’m stuck with a 2 year old fridge that is worse off than when I called this company :-(
