She actually set up a follow up appointment to make sure my problem was acknowledged and gone. Also, they have a very nice selection of glasses. And they got the ones I picked ready for me very quick. Highly recommend this place

The eye exam was done fast and they used an alternative measure to check my eye pressure rather than the standard air puff test, which was quite a nice experience! My glasses were also ready a lot sooner than expected. Overall great experience!

I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends if ever asked for a good, well priced optic clinic in town. If I could give a higher rating than 5/5 I would. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an exam exam and bought a pair of glasses. The optometrist was friendly and the exam went smoothly. All the staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me a great deal for my glasses! I would definitely recommend to anyone. Got my pair of glasses in around 15-20 minutes after handing over my prescription. They also helped me with filling out my insurance claim form.

They modelled SUPERIOR customer service from booking the appointment right through leaving after my examination. I had a concern with my prescription and had to go back and they immediately took care of it, no questions asked. The place was spotless and especially with COVID, they were following all of the protocols. I will definitely be recommending Total Vision to anyone looking for an optical place that actually cares about their patients. My glasses purchased from here are most definitely the best I have ever had!

Front desk support was friendly and helpful. I also really liked the optometrist there, Dr. Sum. She's very friendly. was patient and explained herself (and processes) very well. I absolutely recommend Total Vision!
