The Optometrists identified a fold, and then a tear, in my retina, referred me to a well respected surgeon, and provided me with great care and information leading up to, and after my surgery, I have also found that staff who provide assistance with the selection and fitting of new glass frames to be incredibly helpful and pleasant. B	Beth Gerow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is an excellent optometry practice. The optometrist is very thorough and gives you a LOT of information about your eyes in a way you can understand. Other staff members are patient with a person who's as jumpy as a cat (me) and doesn't always understand the instructions the first time...due to my nerves, not the way they're explaining things (they explain things very clearly.) I would recommend it to anyone....they were great with my mother, who had Alzheimer's, as well.

Natalie in reception was very helpful and kind. I was seen on time with minimum fuss and treated with respect at all times. You will be well advised to make an appointment at the optometry. The receptionists are cheerful and helpful. Dr. Katie Mann is incredible at her job. She is friendly, very efficient & thorough. Dr. Mann took the time to explain everything that she was doing and was extremely patient with answering any questions that I had. It is obvious that she cares about her clients. Thank you Dr. Katie Mann for looking after us so well. Excellent service!

I never have any trouble getting an appointment and the rest of the staff are professional, courteous and efficient. I have no reason to look anywhere else for optometry services and look forward to being a patient there for many years to come.
