I love my new glasses and so happy with them. The price was wonderful and I’ll definitely be returning there when I need glasses again. Highly recommend Vision Clinic in Waterdown!
R	Richard Eldridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a great experience with Robin via phone and my Maui Jim glasses that the screw fell out of the arm. she was able to keep in lose contact letting me know what I could do to try to fix them and even contacted Maui Jim head office and over nighting the special bolt that connects my arm to my glasses. she then contacted me letting me know when a person was available to put them together, here came Max. he's got a great sense of humor and was able to fix my glasses quickly. he even fitted them to my face . this will be the place I goto get my new prescription filled and glasses.

Highly recommend this place Adding to comment and the 4 stars stay only because of Josh being knowledgeable and helping out when having issues. It has gone down one star because my recent purchase I went with a thicker lens to save some money. When I was working with another employee when Josh was not working. All they told me is that the lens are little thicker and that is the only difference. I was also told that I would have no problem switching glasses from old to new with my prescription being only .5 different. When I ware my new glasses with the thicker lends I have noticed that it's clear only when I'm looking straight. When I look left or right my vision goes blurry. At first I thought they made a mistake. But after talking to Josh he explained in a way to understand. My advice after this experience is to never change lens material when your eyes are use to a specific material. It will be really annoying at first... and may adjust to them. I am still in the adjusting stage.... if it weren't for Josh. The rating would go down to one for not explaing it better from beginning with different material.

Her attention to my specific needs and her patient and friendly manner made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My glasses fit perfectly and I have already received several compliments. I will be back!

I didn't feel rushed out and the doctor carefully picked the best prescription options based on my personal/professional needs. I forgot the name of the young lady, but she was a gem. When I tried on one pair I noticed they were loose and not comfortable, asked to have them sized was told that it couldn't be done " that's the way they're supposed to fit" and was sent on my way. Usually with a purchase of glasses you will also receive cleaner and a cloth, well everywhere else except vision clinic in Waterdown. Needless to say I would not recommend taking your business here or you might end up with glasses that don't fit right and be stuck with it. "Horrible Service"
R	R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such amazing service here for having my eyes examined, and choosing a new pair of glasses! The full eye exam was painless and extremely quick. Even the pressure test was easy and comfortable (bye, bye yellow eye drops)! I even got to see the retinal scans of my eyes, which was fascinating. I am glad to find my new optometrist here with Dr. Field! Finding new glasses was also a breeze! There are so many different options, which was a little intimidating at first. With Robyn's help, she narrowed the choices and found the pair that best suit me. She even brought out the new styles that just came in, to see if I'd like any of them. Even though I'll be swapping out my current glasses for new ones, Max tightened the temple tips so I can comfortably wait for my new glasses. I also came in to buy a pair of prescription safety glasses, and I was so happy to find a comfortable, stylish, cute pink pair! I can't wait to wear them all day for work! The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting, and if you watch the staff, you'll notice that they enjoy working there. They took excellent care of me, and they'll absolutely take excellent care of you too! Thank you so much for a wonderful visit!
