★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up new gen 5 watch, the service is exceptional, the store manager took his time out to patiently explain the functions and the differences in the various models and helped come to a informed decision. From the walk in the store to my exit With the purchase it was nothing short of exemplary customer service, will return again for any future purchases and will recommend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, helpful staff. I was having trouble with my Fossil watch and in 5 minutes, they had me out the door, watch fixed, battery replaced and no charge.
I really do like their watch styles and need to get back in, to purchase my next watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Fossil 5e at the Lime Ridge store but with the silicone band because the saleslady said it didn't come in the metal band. Saw the metal band in a Google ad so I called the Mapleview store and they exchanged it for me, no problem. I really like their 2-year warranty period. My first watch started to get glitchy, so I traded it in for the new watch at no cost because it was on sale for Black Friday (receipt for old watch was required though).

Shafaay and Mohit helped me alot, they were very polite and respectful, Honestly I don’t write reviews but this was like one of the best customer service I’ve ever had! Shafaay was very friendly and he explained everything very sweetly about the products!
Definitely recommend shopping @ this particular location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again the service was great. As soon as I entered the store I was offered service and the asst. manager catered to all my needs and showed me a full rang of watch stiles. The store was busy at the time however I was given great service. Keep up the great work. Excellent team store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up until late 2021, this was my favourite store and shopping experience for my smartwatch due to the outstanding warranty and customer service, which I posted about on Google reviews at the time.
Although the watches were plagued with problems related to the dial seizing, metal rings on back plate separating or battery issues, customer service was always outstanding and replaced my watch on the spot with no hassle. If I wanted to upgrade, there were fantastic incentives to do so. I popped into the store just before Xmas 21 to get my wife's watch replaced due to back rings separating and battery problems when I found out that the policy has changed. They no longer replace watches on the spot and the warranty was strict to 1 year. I was very disappointed since my wife only wore the watch on weekends for her steps and it was only 14 months old. We also knew that the watch was experiencing issues before the 1 year warranty, however I was not in a hurry to address it due to my previous experience with outstanding customer services after 1 year. In summary, I am no longer going to spend money on Fossil smart watches that are basically disposable and usually within a couple of years. From 5 Stars down to 2. Too bad!

Steffani went above and beyond my expectations as she had a very difficult watch band to change. Her patience and calmness were fantastic. She maintained her composure throughout the experience. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a watch, wallet, belt or purse or a variety of accessories.
