★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man! Can the guy who works daytime ever sell hats! I come in wanting 1 hat and I end up leaving with two hat both with custom signatures on them and a hat carrying case! Lol super friendly though and the best selection of hats around Burlington.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find employee's less interested in helping you. Been here several times and it really is the only place exclusive for hats which makes going there less of a choice but more necessity when looking for a place with a lot of hat options.
Overall though it's terrible customer service and you can easily browse for 5-10 mins and then walkout without an employee even acknowledging that you are in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location, employee seemed less than impressed to help us locate the youth section. Another lady after standing at the cash for 5 mins had to ask the employee for help. Spent 30 mins with my boys for them selecting their hats while the employee was less than 10 ft away listening to us. Once we get to the register he states only cash because his system wasn’t working. He could have shared that information with us while we were looking, since we were the only ones in the store and he was watching my boys pick out their new hats. Complete disappointment and terrible customer service.
