★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to order a one of a kind item here for a member of our bridal party. Emailed them and never heard back. Spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone during the summer, but he was clearly misinformed about the store's policies and hours. He invited us to come in any Saturday to view samples and design our item, but we went to visit and they are by appointment only for the summer. We called to make an appointment and a lady with a heavy accent told us that they would not book an appointment with us so that we could view samples and we would have to email them back and forth in order to get what we wanted. Not sure how I'm supposed to do that when no one ever responded to my request the first time. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Lily and Jeff have consistently provided a variety of quality products, and our orders have been completed promptly and accurately. Experienced and especially competent in layout and placement of embroidery designs including the best thread color suggestions on clothing.
