★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Tina today to get through bridesmaid dress shopping was amazing! She was kind and funny and attentive to everyone, and very accommodating to us running a bit late. We ended up trying on 10-12 dresses and she was helpful the whole time! She even helped us choose between our two dresses in the right color and ended up recommending the cheaper one because it would look better in the lighter color, which to me shows attention to the actually need of the bridal party and not just the bottom line.
If you want a personalized experience that is stress free with excellent service, come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Saratina twice to shop now - both without appointments but not at peak hours and there has always been a consultant available for me. They have a good selection covering all the bases in what you'd want from a gown - style to price point.
The service staff are great - we never once felt rushed or pushed. They said the right things and encouraged us to keep an open mind and were honest without offending. Absolutely polite and professional, making sure I felt comfortable in the gowns and not putting up a fuss about having to tie me in and out of corset gowns. Toni was super friendly and made my first visit with Saratina so great I really wanted to return. She was focused on me and made helpful suggestions by listening to what it was I was looking for. We even met their alterations woman who stopped by for a different client but helped chat with me about moving the waistline of a gown I was unsure of.
Overall, I have definitely loved my experience both times, and will be returning soon to purchase my gown. Would absolutely recommend to brides. I haven't tried their bridesmaids dresses, but the selection looked comparable to other places. PLUS they give a 10% discount if you buy your bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses!

I ended up going with her 1st choice she had picked out for me. Good service , selection, & prices. would def reccomend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an outfit for my son's wedding. It was a pleasurable experience, with excellent customer service and great advice. The process was smooth and timely for the fittings and the follow up. Staff are extremely friendly. Would highly recommend this place as the prices are reasonable compared to the other overpriced stores in Oakville.

I couldn't be happier. This is the second time I choose Seratina's and it's 2/2, could not have made a better choice. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first and last place I went for my wedding gown! I was really nervous to try on dresses and wasn't sure how the experience would be, but they made me feel so comfortable and welcome during the process! Even though I booked an appointment during covid and had a scheduled time, I never once felt rushed or pressured through the appointment.
I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly but I selected some dresses to try on initially, and they selected more dresses for me to try on as they learned what styles I liked and what suited my figure. They had SO MANY dresses to choose from! Clearly they are very experienced at this, as the dresses they brought out for me were spot on and the size they fitted me for was an exact fit when my dress was ordered in! My dress ordered ahead of the estimated time and alterations were really professionally done and the process was very easy!
Everyone that helped me throughout the try on and alteration process was extremely friendly and helpful. They made selecting my dress the easiest and most enjoyable part of wedding planning, I am so happy with the dress. I'd highly recommend visiting Seratina if you're looking for a wedding gown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tina gave my daughter and me 5 star service when we went wedding dress shopping at Saratina. There was lots of selection and many different styles, from fitted sheath to full ballgown. The wedding dresses that we looked at were reasonably priced--my daughter's 3 favourites ranged from $1899 to $2275. I believe that is a similar price range to David's Bridal.
Tina also brought me mother-of-the-bride dresses to try on, helping me when my daughter was changing from one dress to another. Tina's service was friendly, helpful, and honest. We never felt like she was trying to push a sale through. The only thing negative thing I could say about this boutique is that the lighting is not very bright, and the viewing area (where the bride stands on the platform in front of the mirrors) is a little tired and could use a refresh. Overall, an excellent experience! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie did an outstanding job of altering my dress, but I will give the shop 3 stars due to customer service experience.
The seamstress, Julie, did a phenomenal job of altering my dress, especially given that the dress was very delicate and quite a bit too large. The dress fit me like a glove, it was comfortable, the right length, and the bustle was beautifully done. I also bought a beautiful veil at this store - both the alterations and veil were reasonably priced.
With that being said, I had a mixed experience here. After attending my first fitting I called to ask if the alterations could be changed a bit to cover up my back a bit more. They recommended I come in for a fitting to meet with the seamstress. When I arrived, Julie informed me that she would no longer be altering my dress because I had asked too many questions and she was nervous about me not liking the final product. This was 3 weeks before my 2020 (pandemic) wedding and I was COMPLETELY blindsided as they were the ones who had recommended the fitting. I had a mental breakdown and sobbed in the middle of the store. The owner was able to explain the misunderstanding to the seamstress after I argued quite a bit to explain what had happened.
In all, she ended up doing a great job with the alteration, but I don't think I've really gotten over the customer service experience. If you're getting a fitting here, don't ask questions and trust the seamstress!
