★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in tonight with my daughter. Young lady was very helpful. Got my daughter a fitting room and attempted to order online for something they were out of to speed up the process. Cashed us out quick and easily. Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always had a great shopping experience whenever at this location. The staff is friendly but not overbearing and gladly willing to help you find whatever you would like. I usually opt for the staff's help because I do not wish to spend more than 20-30 minutes in any store. Online order returns as handled efficiently and without hesitation. Be prepared to have all payment history with you if you need to exchange or return online orders to a Boathouse store. This helps the staff make your return quicker and easier.
Stores are easy to navigate and have great clothes, shoes, accessories and backpacks always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service..4 girls talking, finally noticed me waiting to be served.,eye roll from her..talking to each other about the snacks in the drawer..tossed me my bag than turned away to check out snacks..no bye or thank you...supporting your store but their are a lot of other nice clothing stores out their I can shop at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location twice. Both times were the employees were rude and unwelcoming. A group of girls sitting at the cash and chatting away. No one on the floor, no one offering any help whatsoever. The check out process was awful. The girl who cashed me out barely said a word to me, tossed me my bag when she was done and went back to chatting. Despite how nice the clothes are here, this treatment is enough for me to never want to shop here again. If this is how customers are treated and can not even be given the bare minimum, I will gladly take my money and go elsewhere.
