★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The call center is useless. There's no city wide inventory list. The rental agents are not knowledgeable in any way. I dont care how cheap they are I would rather shoot myself in the face the ever deal with them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its hit and miss with the lawn maintenance tools i have rented to do business . Two bad rentals(defective equipment) in one day and they wont even offer or agree to come and exchange it and three weeks earlier i had another defective unit of theirs . I have to drive all the way back to do the exchange . They have really no way to test their equipment properly . The staff are as helpful as they can be but are limited for the most part.
