THEY ARE GOOD ONLY FOR NEW TIRES (SAME LIKE ALL TIRE COMPANIES).
IF YOU NEED REGULAR SERVICE, THEY WILL FIND REASONS TO CHARGE YOU FOR WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT, OR THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY (DESPITE THE WASTED LONG WAITING TIME).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I will give minus -100 to the service department of Port Coquitlam Costco! Honestly, save your time and walk away from this Costco. This location is only willing to provide you the worst service as much as they can, especially their service department! They guide you completely the wrong way, you paid, you take time, but ending up you had to return item because they empty promise! Looks like, they can create the rules what ever they want! Of course they can reverse their rules at anytime they want!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to Derrick in tire services. We had a slow leak develop after getting winter tires put on, and Derrick took the time during the busy season right before Christmas to take a look and help us out even when we didn't have a appointment. Fantastic service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1.5 hrs to get my tires replaced, too long. Appointment was 3:45 and I arrived at 3:40, took back my car at about 5:00, almost no car lineup, don't understand why so long. Except long wait it is fine, 3 star because of long wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took over 3 weeks to book an appointment to change over my winter to summers. Have my tires on rims so I incorrectly assumed this was a free service (as another place I was looking at does it for free if you have the tires on rims and costco doesnt Costco do free tire rotations? Was charged 40$ plus tax for the job.
20 min later, I get a call to tell me two of the all season tires were not suitable to be put back on the car (they could have told me this when they took it off at the start of winter).
Since they don’t have all tires in stock,
The option that best matches my back tires requires me to order them online and book another appointment. I indicate I’ll go that route and they will refund me 2 of the 4 installation fees. I continue to wait and wander around Costco with a toddler and 3 month old who’s screaming waiting. I wait my phone call as but I eventually go back to the service area. Apparently my car is ready. Awesome!
But they can’t refund me the 2 tire installation fees, as they can only refund MasterCard I’m told. The lady tries to charge me for 2 new tires. I’m confused but take my keys, go to my car and all 4 of my winters are still on and they’ve gotten rid of the two all season tires in question and my other two all seasons are still in the trunk.
So now i wait again for another appointment ?.. no thanks, ill go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in to get my winter tires on and I am so pleased with the service I received! I bought new tires from them and even with having to order my size i only waited a week for my appointment. Wait time for the actual service was just an hour and they took off my old, bald tires and recycled them for me even though I used different rims for my winters. One of my tires was my spare so they kept that one and placed it back neatly in its holder in my trunk. They really went above and beyond and were super friendly on top of it. Will definitely be going back to change them again in the spring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come for the competitive pricing, stay for the ongoing service. Bought tires from costco 6 years ago for my late 90s vehicle. Anytime there's a leak/flat - free service/repairs. Great value. Only downside is it's busy so sometimes it takes a few days to get an appointment.
