β β β β β Just in time for winter, I came across Hermont Tire while looking for winter tires for my Tesla 3. Good/quick service and friendly staff. They were very accommodating. I also used their tire storage service. I'll be using them every 6 months now. Give these guys a try if you are looking for a tire service at home!

Even though they did not have the tire that I needed, they continued to help me and found right tire.
They did not try to sell me, rather they helped me to get through situation!
Next time I need to change tire, I'll ask them for sure!

β β β β β I had a flat tire after finishing up deliveries late night. Called Hermont tire and these guys came within 20 minutes. These guys worked to repair my flat tire after hours and I got home safely. Definitely, recommend these guys to anyone in needs of mobile tire service.

β β β β β We've been using hermont for 4 years now, twice a year, to both store and get our wheels swapped (as they were the official partner with the Tesla service center in Vancouver, but now we work with them directly.)
Their service always was quick and reliable, and their staff friendly, and they were always on time. The storage and mobile service is basically a must for apartment dwellers, and their van (well one of them anyway) fits in our underground garage to do the service.
Booking with them is also easy, and everything was painless (even during COVID!)

β β β β β (Eng/ν) Amazing service! They turned my worst day into a happy day!
I've asked for a tire which is fit for my car to 3 repair shops and even two official Kia service centers, but they answered that they didn't have a single stock except Hermont tire.
In addition, because the tire needed a day to be delivered, they provided a temporary tire too! I was in a kind of panic just after the accident. They tried to make me feel cared for by them and also do their best, by finding the fastest way to solve my problem.
Moreover, The technician was kind, polite, funny and very skilled. He tried to make me relaxed, by joking with me. Furthermore, his expediting process helped me avoid that situation quickly.
Thanks again, Hermont! See you again when I need a new tire!

A bit of a different situation for me. We had a flat tire with a nail in there that needed to be patched up. After looking through Google and most places being closed, I decided to take my chances and head over to their warehouse. I didn't realize they were strictly a mobile tire service company. I opened the door and was kindly greeted. Told them the situation and they said they for sure could help us out and told us to come to the back. I gave them the bad tire and they had it fixed in no time. They were going to pack it up in a bag and I told them to not worry about it as I was just going to put it on the car in the back loy (the tire belonged to a different car). When they found out the car was there, they said to not worry about it and that they would mount it on for us.
These guys were extremely nice and are now in the good books for me. Made our day for sure and will use their service from now on if I need it! Thanks guys!
