I love this location. The staff are super helpful and professional the facility is clean and customer services always go out of their way to help resolve anything. Lots of parking.

Andrew funk the supervisor at Home Depot was a great help He helped me set up my business account as well help me around the store . He made it a breeze and his overall knowledge on how everything works was on point I also likes his attitude and how he boosted everyoneโ€™s energy in the store Thanks again andrew

Great in store shopping experienced I'd give the employees 5 stars, my only warning is DO NOT ORDER ONLINE ITEMS. Ordered a butchers block on may 1st, expected arrival between May 4-10th. May 11th still no fed ex tracking information available, called customer service only to be told I'm put on "priority" and they will get back to me in another 2-3 days. I explained this service is unacceptable as I've spent thousands of dollars at home depot so far with numerous renovations, I asked for a discount on my purchase and was told I'd have to call back again to receive a discount when I eventually receive the product even though I've already been billed $450+ for the butchers block Update: customer service over the phone wasn't helpful, but after posting this review i reached out to HD's instagram page and had a customer service rep keep me updated and was very professional. The main issue to keep in mind is home depot estimated times can be grossly underestimated from 7-10 business days to around a month wait time (for my product specifically) overall it wasn't a great ordeal but the rep I dealt with helped turn it around. Finally received the product on June 1st

I like this Home Depot as it's not as busy as the one near my house in Burnaby. Staff are friendly and helpful and seem to be more of them available to answer questions. But I was disappointed last time I was here to get something website said was in stock and it wasn't. I guess lesson is to always call first.

Very friendly staff if you catch them when not too busy. The building supplies like baseboards or lumber may rarely have-out of date tags, so check ahead if you are getting a large quantity; but no biggie otherwise.

I had a $500 Home Depot gift card and decided to order a lawn mower online. The online store shows that they have in stock and all is good. I go ahead and order using my gift card. 3 hours later I get an email with a cancellation of my order with no explanation why it was cancelled. Ok, no worries โ€” I check online and it shows that they have 5 units of the model I want at this location. I drive down 20 minutes to this Home Depot. At the isle where the lawn mower suppose to be the model I want is no where to be found. I ask for some help. After 15 minutes the sales associates return and tell me that online system is wrong and the whole pallet of the mower I want is missing. Ah, weird, but ok. I ask to check my gift card balance to make sure I wasnโ€™t charged for the goods that I never received. Guess what? $350 that I โ€œspentโ€ online is gone. So I canโ€™t even use it to pick up some other lawn mower at the store. I asked how long it will take for them to refund my gift card. I was told is gonna be 10! business days! There is also no way for me to check the gist card balance online and I have to physically come to the store! So Iโ€™m out of $350, have no lawn mower, wasted 1.5hr of my time and the gas driving down here. This was a terrible experience overall.

Had two great experiences here recently and with both staff and management. First with a match and beat on a fridge vs Best Buy sale and also for a tool case that they went to great lengths to find the additional stock in another isle up in the rafters. Friendly and helpful!

Even though I've reduced in-store shopping overall since early 2020, the Home Depot has always been a store I enjoy going to. This visit was no exception; small need of key cutting. The one star reduction is because I'm still trying to find the stores they show in their commercials...you know, the stores where the non-cashier associates always smile at their customers? So far, none of the three I've been into are the ones in the commercials; these ones only seem to have grumpy old men wearing orange aprons! Still, I enjoy the stores nonetheless.
