Not even worth one star. When paying for a room with debit yes the deposit is 500$ ok that's fine but when they tried taking money from my husband's credit card of $975.00 three times and failed then the next day charged his card $475.00 two times then the day after that they took out $975.00 and succeeded. Tried telling him there was damage to the room when we didn't even sleep in the bed but on top of it with the throw blanket over us. Was a cute room and everyone we asked if there was dog friendly rooms available everyone mentioned this hotel first. I'll tell ya this hotel is a rip off and will rip you off

The room was clean. But the interiors were quite old. It wouldve been nice if the bathroom was a bit done up better. There were some brown stains in the bath tub. Friendly service though. We requested for a microwave and it was promptly sent to our room. Location is at the edge of the town. About 15mins walk from the center of the town.

A decent to average Jasper hotel. Good for a cheap stay, pretty comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff are helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but is within walking distance (10 mins) to the main areas in Jasper. Nice hot tubs and pool, but I wish it closed later than 10. Just because people are sitting in the hot tubs later at night doesn't mean there will be more damage or rowdiness. Groups of adults should be able to use the pool later in the evening without being kicked out at 10:01.

We only stayed here one night, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was inside. Check-in was quick despite it being quite busy, and the people at the front desk were quite pleasant. We had the opportunity to use the hot tub, which felt great on a cold night. There are actually two hot tubs, which meant we could keep a bit more distance from others. The deck around the tubs was very icy. I'm thinking that some sort of modification to the deck surface or more frequent snow clearing could help. Other than this, we had no issues and found the prices to be quite competitive. We would consider staying here again.

Stayed for two nights in a fireplace suite. The java logs made the fire effortless. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights, it felt very clean and well maintained. The highlight for us was how comfortable the beds were!! We were disappointed that parking was not guaranteed for guests; however, street parking is available near the hotel. Overall the room was very clean. Would recommend this location!

Check-in was easy, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool and whirlpool were lovely. Some things could be improved: - room condition: the drywall and walls were dirty and damaged. - the heat was insufferable. We turned the heat off and opened the window in January- still too hot. - the chain-lock was installed backwards and simply fell open when the door was opened. I tried to offer them this feedback directly, but their website seems to be down. This is a security and safety issue. -there is not enough parking, so I had to park a block away on the street.

Our overall stay was really good. The room was small, but very clean. The pool was surprisingly bigger than I expected, and the hot tub was much appreciated after a day of hiking. There's not a ton of parking, but street parking is an option. It's on the edge of town, but you only have to walk a few blocks (if you don't want to drive and deal with parking in town) to enjoy the shops and eateries. The big thing that we noticed was the staff (you all did great by the way). The tension in the lobby was palpable - there's a big ol' sign up about being short staffed and to be kind - and I have to wonder at how many awful customers you would have to deal with to be so wary of every person who walks through the door. We were early to check in and you could see the tension drain from the lady behind the desk when we said it was no big deal that our room wasn't ready, we were early after all. We were happy to go wandering for a bit. Kindness goes a long way. I'm glad that we weren't part of the problem. TO CUSTOMERS: Do better! They've had to have dealt with a lot of garbage to be that tense!

First impression wasn’t the best, waiting in the lobby to check in for 15 minutes while 3 people were behind the counter doing who knows what. Not even a greeting or can you please hold on we will be with you shortly. Then during check in they don’t tell me what they are charging my card for or the amount etc. just super unprofessional. The room wasn’t horrible, quaint & cute. Fairly tidy. Lack of parking compared to the amount of rooms they have, most times have to park on the street. But there is power outlets for every stall inside the lot which is a nice bonus! There is no breakfast included however there is indoor & outdoor hot tubs! But make sure you go early in morning or during dinner time as the evening they are packed to the brim!! The rooms do run hot with no A/C so I suggest bringing a fan or requesting one in advance. Checkout as well was not very informative about the process of when the deposit would be returned to my card. Overall I would stay again knowing the pros & cons!
